At TheLuxeLanding, we take pride in delivering high-quality, personalized relocation concierge services. We understand that plans can change, and we are committed to working with our clients fairly and respectfully when it comes to cancellations and refunds.

 

General Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the specific terms outlined in your signed service agreement.

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • The type and scope of services already rendered

  • Third-party services already booked on your behalf

  • The amount of advance notice provided

  • Administrative or planning work already completed

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Notice within 7 business days of scheduled services: Partial refunds may be issued, minus any administrative or coordination fees.

  • Notice less than 7 business days before service start: Refunds may not be available, particularly if third-party services or reservations have been secured.

  • Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours): Generally non-refundable, but we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

 

Non-Refundable Items

The following are typically non-refundable:

  • Fees for third-party vendors (e.g., movers, cleaners, utility setup services) once booked

  • Completed concierge services, consultations, or planning sessions

  • Deposits or retainers after a project has been initiated

 

Refund Requests

To request a refund, please email us at paxton@theluxelanding.com with the subject line Refund Request – [Your Name], and include:

  • Your full name and contact information

  • The service(s) purchased

  • Reason for the request

  • Supporting details or documentation, if applicable

We will review your request within 5–7 business days and notify you of our decision.

 

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed back to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued
